Structure LPM

Logistics Park Moerdijk is divided into sub-areas. Sub-areas 1 and 4 have been allocated to DSV and Lidl respectively. VGP Park Moerdijk will develop activities in sub-areas 2 and 3. Sub-area 5 is the current area of and around De Gouden Leeuw, where the collective fire-fighting facility will ultimately be realized.

Layout of LPM

At Logistics Park Moerdijk we choose logistics companies that focus on business-to-business and value addition.

  • In principle, there will be plots for companies of at least 5 hectares.
  • In the future, the LPM will have a total of 200 hectares, of which more than 140 hectares are intended for companies.
  • This will be achieved in phases until 2030
  • The first customers have already been announced: DSV and Lidl, who will fill sub-areas 1 and 4 respectively (also known as development cells 1 and 3).

For the other land, we have a partnership with VGP Park Moerdijk, that will build on sub-areas 2 and 3.
