New Logistics Park Moerdijk adds value
Port of Moerdijk is currently being expanded with the Logistics ParkĀ Moerdijk (LPM). This offers space for large-scale storage and distribution and value-added logistics. It is certain that transport and logistics company DSV and supermarket chain Lidl will establish themselves here. The construction of the park will take place in phases and will be completed in 2030.
Port of Moerdijk develops the LPM - in a sustainable manner - together with LPM Holding. The expansion will be located near by the Klaverpolder junction of highways A16 and A1, and will be carefully integrated into the landscape.
The logistics companies that can establish themselves at LPM are focused on business-to-business and value addition. When the LPM is completed, it will cover 200 hectares, of which more than 140 are intended for companies. The plots on which they can settle are at least 5 hectares in size.
Chemicals and process industry at Industrial Park Moerdijk (IPM)
The Industrial Park is for chemical and industrial activity with a high risk profile. LyondellBasell, Shell and Dr. Kolb, among others, are located here. A modern central transshipment terminal is connected to an internal track to the underlying companies. Industrial Servicepark Moerdijk, a center with business service providers, completes the industrial estate.
Do you want to establish your company at Port of Moerdijk?
We believe in customisation and cluster strengthening. When, as a port authority, we make land available ourselves, we will announce this on the 'establishment' page of our website. There is currently further space available on IPM and on LPM (via our partner VGP Park Moerdijk). For questions about location options, please contact the Commercial Operations department.
If there are location options, Port of Moerdijk makes it easy for you with the Establishment Committee. This is a one-stop shop that provides you with comprehensive advice at an early stage, so that the permit granting process can run smoothly.
